Roller made from close grain C.I. & heavy weight & more width. Central Bracket made from heavy M.S. Plated & keyed to main shaft, carriers scrapers & Mulling Rollers. Main shaft is coupled with bevel Pinion/Reduction Gear Box unit & driven by Ele. Motor through V-Belts, act as safety measure in case of over loading or any obstruction in the Crib. The Scrapes are so coordinated for a continuos mixing and mulling the sand. No crushing and no sand remains unmixed or hetrogenous.

Scrappers
Two scrapers are provided for combined mixing and aerating action. One aerating the sand the periphery of the pan and the other around the center block. These scrapers are so arranged that sand is continually through in the path of rollers which ensure through mixing & mulling.

Mixer
