The Study Chasis is robustly constructed from heavy section M.S. capable for continuous heavy & hard use. Roller made from close grain C.I. & heavy weight& more width. Central Bracket made from heavy M.S. Plated & keyed to main shaft, carriers scrapers & Mulling Rollers. Main shaft is coupled with bevel‐ Pinion/Reduction Gear Box unit & driven by Ele. Motor through V‐Belts, act as safety measure in case of over loading or any obstruction in the Crib.

The Scrapes are so coordinated for a continuos mixing and mulling the sand. No crushing and no sand remains unmixed or hetrogenous
